It extends important information and functionality, allowing providers to make decisions and suggestions to clients that are both effective and beneficial. Providers can see their schedule, manage appointments, take photos, draw, notate and compare photos, complete electronic forms, and access a complete client history. Clients can complete and sign necessary waivers and forms as well.
Services can be upgraded and downgraded within a predefined set. New services can be added to the appointment and select services can even be squeezed into the same time slot, without affecting the appointment duration. Security controls allow a custom interaction for each service provider.
In what is close to a concierge interaction with the client, the service provider can suggest products or add them to the appointment.
